1. All our local in stock miners will be shipped in 24-48 hours in South Africa, and all our miners that are available via backorder at our international based suppliers will be dispatched within 5 days from their respective warehouse.
2. International delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days. Door to door shipping can take anywhere from 10-14 days or sooner depending on location.
3. All used miners are tested by our technicians prior to shipment.
4. All orders require full payment in advance before shipment with immediate payment or cleared bank transaction payment before items can be released to shipping company in respect of any product that Hashlab Technologies sells or repairs. In the event that you wish to pay via CryptoCurrency payment gateway then please note that this could take anywhere from a couple of hours to 1 business day to verify the transaction.
5. All miners available on backorder will be shipped Globally via DHL, FEDEX and UPS, and all miners that are in stock with Hashlab Technologies will be shipped locally by The Courier Guy via an overnight service with the packages marked as fragile.
6. Before delivery, we will put a “fragile” sticker around the package to ensure that the goods will not be damaged during transportation.
7. Our service team will track the logistics information of the goods in real time to ensure the safe delivery of the mining machine to the customer as soon as possible and will provide updates on the package.
8. If requested we can provide you with a tracking number as soon as your miner or goods has been shipped for peace of mind.
9. Client will be responsible for additional shipping charges if miner is returned to our supplier for any repair that falls out of the scope of the stipulated warranty period
10. All sales are final and non-refundable by any terms.

Warranty Limitations

We offer no warranty for pre-installed software, its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet specific requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The product is sold “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or improper installation.
• Damage or loss of the product caused by undue physical or electrical stress, over clocking, under clocking, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions.
• Damage or loss of the product caused by acts of nature including, but not limited to, floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes.
• Damage caused by operator error, or non-compliance with instructions as set out in accompanying documentation.
• Alterations by persons other than us, associated partners or authorized service facilities.
• Products, on which the original software has been replaced or modified by persons other than us, associated partners or authorized service facilities.
• Counterfeit products.
• Damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating system, software and/or hardware.
• Damage or loss of data caused by improper usage and behavior which is not recommended and/or permitted in the product documentation.
• Failure of the product caused by usage of the products not supplied by us.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period, we will undertake to repair, or based on our sole discretion, to replace a defective product by an identical or similar (e.g. newer) version of the product, unless the defect was the result of Warranty limitation.

The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product, part, or component to our service processing facility shall be carried out by the product owner. If the product, part, or component is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

Warranty Period for Graphic Cards

• A one-month warranty is provided for all used products under GTX Graphic Card series when used for mining.

Warranty Period for all Miners

• The warranty period for brand new miner machines is 6 months.
• No warranty period for used miner machines by any terms.
• Antminer S19 series machine warranty period is 1 year.
• Whatminer M3X, M5X miners warranty period is 1 year.

Important Notes:

1. Transportation costs and all other costs (if any) pertaining to the return of a product shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
2. The period of repair shall depend on the type of problems encountered by the technicians.
